Perfection is a Myth

Look at the above picture. It’s profoundly vibrant and realistic, right? However, is it a ‘perfect painting’?
No, it’s not perfect. It’s just that certain elements of this painting are immensely beautiful and eye-catching that compel us to overlook the flaws or errors in it…and it’s absolutely fine to have or make a mistake as-

‘Mistakes have the power to turn you into something better than you were before!’

On the same lines, it’s actually the imperfection and the flaws which drives our body and mind strive get/make something better than before…

Why do people tend to say, “It’s perfect!”

Many a times, people tend to say, “It’s perfect!”. That’s because that particular thing/person has all the required or desirable elements, qualities or characteristics when viewed from his/her eyes (perspective)…however, that may not be the opinion of all the people! So, it can’t be classified as ‘Perfect’ which is actually utopian.

Striving to do your best OR Running behind the perceived ‘Perfection’

Rightly quoted,

“It’s impossible!” said the Pride of the rich people
“It’s risky…” said the experience of the apprehensive
“It’s pointless”, said the reason of the lazy
“Give it a try :)”, whispered your heart!❤️

Your heart always uplifts you to do your best. However, getting our mind captivated in the experiences and reasons of the ‘lazy, apprehensive and rich’ would be equivalent to molding ourselves according to the opinions, thoughts and perspectives of the others and hence ‘Running behind perfection’ as perfection is just a mindset/perspective and not ‘ubiquitous’.

Encourage mistakes v/s support them

‘It’s not a mistake to make a mistake, but it’s a mistake to repeat the same mistake.’

On the same lines, to ‘encourage a mistake’ is to repeat it. On the contrary, to support a mistake is to realize it, deepen our knowledge by revealing the nuance we missed, rectifying it and never committing that mistake ever in life!

Love your imperfection instead of being obsessed by perfection…

Love gives you FREEDOM,
Obsession wants to POSSESS you!
Love wants the BEST for you,
Obsession just WANTS you…

Each one of us can easily identify this magnificent monument! – The Leaning Tower of Pisa…
Originally, this monument was supposed to be straight as per the convention. However, the only feature due to which this monument is recognized, is it’s ’tilt’. In this situation, it’s imperfection was made its ‘greatest strength’ and it’s makers just did their best instead of blindly following each and every person’s opinions including

“This building would eventually fall.”
“This is an unsuccessful setup”.
“This monument is dangerous

Also, one one of the greatest physicists who ever lived on this planet, Albert Einstein didn’t speak during his early years . He uttered a word from his mouth for the first time only when the soup was too hot! On being questioned, he said that he didn’t speak before because until then everything was in order…
Imagine, if everything is endlessly ‘perfect’ then the Earth would’ve never got to hear-
“Imagination is more important than knowledge”.

Perfection is to attain the eternal knowledge without any scope of improvement and there is nothing in this universe which can’t be improved!
